Complaint resolution training

UDL and the Resolution Institute are delighted to partner together to support the resolution of issues for consumers and businesses.

The Resolution Institute is the largest dispute resolution membership organisation across Australia and New Zealand.  With a vibrant community of mediators, arbitrators, expert determiners, adjudicators, restorative justice practitioners and other dispute resolution professionals the Resolution Institute underpins and supports our day-to-day operations.

UDL recognises the importance of having a Customer Disputes Resolution framework and our conciliator team has gone through accredited mediation training.  This is fundamental to our responsive and effective resolution of our government-approved dispute resolution schemes that we  operate and which benefits both consumers and energy providers.

The Resolution Institute facilitates all of UDL’s external training workshops. These workshops are designed for all businesses with customer-facing staff with three training levels from the basics of identifying a complaint and learning how to 'de-escalate'; to advanced neurolinguistic programming and negotiation skills. 

We offer workshop nationwide and these can be tailored to in person or video conference platforms depending on COVID alert levels/restrictions or you and your organisation needs.
